The neck measurement will be the most likely determinant of size for most dogs – it is possible for a stocky dog to wear the same size as heavier, but leaner, dog. The typical weight range listed for each size will be accurate for 95+% of dogs, but we always recommend reviewing the neck and chest measurements to be sure of the best fit.
